Are you a Sales Coach?
We are responsible for building a high performing and accountable sales team. Sales Coaching is a small subset of what we do. We are responsible for coaching the sales team, however we may also incorporate 3rd party sales coaches to provide a different perspective.
Do you only help companies who are struggling to achieve acceptable numbers?
No. Companies who are experiencing explosive growth need to have a strong sales organizational structure to handle the increasing number of new prospects and customers in a systematic fashion. We build the organization that can grow and manage that growth.
I currently have a Sales Manager. How do you work with that person?
Sales Managers are too often poorly trained because the people that hired them have never managed sales teams themselves. They are left to learn On-The-Job, which frustrates them and their sales staff. We have a Certified Sales Leader program that mentors Sales Managers to become Sales Leaders, providing them with the training needed to be successful in their job.
What type of magic can you bring to my organization to increase sales numbers?
It is not magic. It is a well-designed organization following best practices processes. Our formula for success works.
We have hired consultants in the past, but things did not improve. What makes you different.
We do the work. Too often, consultants will provide a strategy document and recommendations, but you are tasked with implementing it. You don’t have the time nor the experience to implement their plan. We roll-up our sleeves and build your sales organization, establish best practices, and ensure you what the correct mix of properly trained staff.
